What we build.

Four disciplines, each scoped to a defined outcome. Architecture and consulting — from AI deployment to revenue operations.

01

AI & Agentforce Transformation

Production-grade agentic systems on Salesforce. Not pilots. Not demos.

The problem

Most enterprises have run an Agentforce pilot. Almost none have one in production at scale. The reason is rarely the AI itself — it is the data model, the prompt orchestration, the grounding strategy, and the lack of observability. A demo works on a clean dataset. Production fails on a real one.

Our approach

We design and consult on Agentforce deployments the way you would design any other production system: with clear intent boundaries, retrieval grounding, structured prompts, evaluation pipelines, and fallback paths. We integrate Agentforce with your existing data and process layers — and we advise leadership on the organisational change required to operate agentic systems at scale.

Deliverables

  • Agentforce architecture and readiness assessment
  • Intent taxonomy design from real production data
  • Prompt and action library, version-controlled
  • Retrieval and grounding strategy over knowledge bases
  • Evaluation harness, observability dashboard, and drift detection
  • Executive advisory on AI adoption and change management

Agentic systems that do real work in production. Measurable case deflection. Measurable agent productivity. A leadership team that understands what they are running.

02

Service Cloud Architecture

Agent consoles, case management, and automation engineered for enterprise scale.

The problem

Service Cloud was designed for a world of fifty agents. Most enterprises now run it at five hundred, five thousand, or beyond. The console gets slow. SOQL hits governor limits. Validation rules collide with flows collide with Apex triggers. Case routing breaks under load. Agents feel the friction every minute of every shift — and so do their customers.

Our approach

We redesign the agent runtime from the ground up: console architecture, lazy-loaded LWC components, case model design, Entitlement and Milestone configuration, automation consolidation across Flow, Trigger, and Apex, and routing and queuing logic that scales horizontally. We also consult on support operations — helping clients redesign their case management processes, SLA frameworks, and escalation paths before they are encoded into Salesforce.

Deliverables

  • Service Cloud performance and architecture audit
  • Case model and record type design
  • Entitlement, Milestone, and SLA configuration
  • LWC component architecture and lazy-loading strategy
  • Automation consolidation across Flow, Apex, and Trigger
  • Routing, queue, and skills-based assignment design
  • Support operations consulting and process redesign

Sub-second console load. A case model that reflects how your support operation actually works. A Service Cloud org ready to absorb Agentforce without buckling.

03

Sales Cloud Architecture

Pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations built to enterprise standards.

The problem

Sales Cloud is often the most heavily customised object in the org — and the most fragile. Opportunity stages that no longer match the sales motion. Forecast categories nobody trusts. CPQ configurations that slow deal velocity instead of accelerating it. Territory models built for a headcount that no longer exists. Revenue data scattered across Sales Cloud, spreadsheets, and three different BI tools.

Our approach

We redesign the Sales Cloud data model around how your revenue motion actually works today — not how it worked when the org was first built. Opportunity and Account model design, pipeline hygiene automation, forecast configuration, territory management, and CPQ architecture where needed. We also consult on RevOps strategy — helping revenue leadership get accurate pipeline data they can act on.

Deliverables

  • Sales Cloud architecture and data model review
  • Opportunity, Account, and Contact model redesign
  • Pipeline hygiene and automation strategy
  • Forecast category and quota management design
  • Territory and assignment model architecture
  • CPQ architecture review and optimisation
  • RevOps consulting and revenue process advisory

A pipeline your leadership can trust. Forecast data that reflects reality. A Sales Cloud org that accelerates deal velocity instead of adding friction.

04

Enterprise Integrations & Platform

Platform Events, APIs, and integration patterns that survive scale — plus the platform strategy to make them coherent.

The problem

Most Salesforce orgs are integrated through whatever was easiest at the time: a middleware here, a scheduled batch there, a REST callout inside an Apex trigger somewhere. Each integration is owned by a different team and documented nowhere. It works until it does not. When it breaks, no one knows where — and the fix introduces three new dependencies.

Our approach

We design integrations as a coherent platform layer: Platform Events for asynchronous decoupling, Change Data Capture for real-time data propagation, JWT bearer flows for service-to-service authentication, idempotent callout patterns, and clear contracts between Salesforce and the outside world. We also consult on integration governance — helping platform and architecture teams establish standards before the next integration is built.

Deliverables

  • Integration topology audit and architecture document
  • Platform Event and Pub/Sub API design
  • Change Data Capture and event-driven architecture
  • JWT and OAuth 2.0 security pattern implementation
  • Idempotency, retry, and replay strategy
  • External object and Salesforce Connect architecture
  • Integration governance framework and standards

An integration layer your team can reason about, monitor, and extend without fear. A platform strategy that prevents the next round of integration debt.
