1. Who we are
VELZORN is a Salesforce architecture consultancy operated by Ujjwal, based in Bengaluru, India. We can be reached at ujjwal@velzorn.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, and the details you share about your Salesforce environment and goals. We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts.
3. How we use it
We use your contact data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where there is a fit, to propose an engagement. Your data is stored in our Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ujjwal@velzorn.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Data retention
We retain contact inquiry data for up to 3 years, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
